How do I get the course materials after I complete my payment? 
After you complete your payment, you'll be taken to a download page where you can download your instructions for completing your enrollment. A link to the download page will also be sent to your email address, with the subject line, "Downloading your Digital Product". This download page will remain active for 24 hours. If the download page has expired, please contact my assistant, Trisha, at Trisha @ PlanetSARK.com and she can assist you.

How do I know if my payment went through? 
You'll receive two confirmation emails from us: one confirming your payment, and another with the link to download your instructions for completing your enrollment. Yes - we now have non-Paypal options, too! We accept payment via Mastercard or Visa, or with your Paypal account.

Will the lesson arrive at the same time every day? 
Lessons are sent out from the autoresponder approximately every 24 hours, but not necessarily at the same time each day. The lessons are sent out automatically from our autoresponder, so we don't have control over when you receive each lesson, although you should receive one approximately every 24 hours (sometimes a little less, sometimes a little more).
If 48 hours goes by and you do not receive a lesson, feel free to contact my assistant, Trisha, at Trisha@PlanetSARK.com and she can assist you. Be sure to let her know which program you're asking about. :-)
I'd like to enroll now, but wait until later to start the lessons. What should I do? 
Go ahead and follow the instructions to fill out the form to complete your enrollment. Be sure to save the first "Welcome" email you get, as it has important information about the program. After you receive the first welcome email, if you'd like to temporarily postpone the lessons, simply write my assistant Trisha, at Trisha @PlanetSARK.com and ask her to put your lessons on hold. When you're ready to start again, simply let Trisha know.
