I'm both sad and glad to announce the closure of the Marvelous Message Board. Sad because I love it, and all of you, and because of all the rich, wide, deep, rare communications that we've all contributed. Glad because it's being transformed into a new, FREE message board.

On December 1, 2007, the MMB and Society of SARK will close, and shortly before that, I will announce further details about a free message board being created in the spirit of SARK, hosted at another location. It will be a locked and moderated board, with clear guidelines, a great director, lots of new emoticons, and most of all, a place to continue communicating with other "SARK-minded" people. I look forward to the growth. I'll also be participating, although not owning or managing this new board.

I considered all the options carefully this past year, and this one turned out to be the most alive choice and best financial decision for me. I've hosted and serviced a message board for 10 years now, and it's time for me to release myself from the management, maintenance and financial aspects of a message board linked to a customized site.

I'd like to sincerely thank you for being a member of the MMB. It's been an absolute joy and honor to witness the growth and connections between the souls on this board, and I look forward to it continuing to expand on the new board.

I'd also like to thank Nate Stone and Patrick Mooney, who have handled the many technical and customer service aspects of the MMB.

All yearly & monthly memberships will continue until Dec 1.

If you would like to cut and paste any of your messages or images off of the board, or Society of SARK journals or dreamcatchers, you will need to do so by Dec. 1, 2007. The board will not be accessible after that date.
