The name Couching itself immediately made me feel relaxed and at-ease, so much more warm and cuddly than "coaching." It felt like sitting on a big overstuffed purple velvet couch with colorful pillows and having a deep and meaningful conversation with a friend. We met for 30 minutes, and it went by fast, but every moment was brimming with wonderful morsels of wisdom and insight! Now I am buzzing around my house like a queen bee: making micromovement wheels of delight and hanging them up on wires with clothespins, because SARK said: "You're a visual person, so they should be out where you can easily glance at them and see the progress you are making." She also said that I should put up a sign in my house somewhere prominent that says: "I am a creative genius ~ SARK sez!"
At the beginning of our Couching time together, she asked what I would like to get out of our time together. I said "a sense of direction about ways to make a creative living." I feel like I got that, and so much more. It was a creative shot in the arm, and left me feeling a renewed hope for my future. I recommend a Couching Session to anyone who is feeling like I was: creatively stuck, overwhelmed, and disorganized. Now I feel inspired, serene and hopeful about my life and the gifts that I have to share with the world!
